We are especially happy to welcome Joachim Gassen as invited lecturer to our 2nd BAM Workshop!
Joachim is a Full Professor of Accounting and Auditing at Humboldt University of Berlin. He is also a distinguished Affiliated Professor at ESMT Berlin and the Deputy Speaker of TRR 266 "Accounting for Transparency".
His research interest is in Financial Accounting. His extensive theory driven empirical work has been published in the top accounting journals (Journal of Accounting Research, The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Accounting, Organizations and Society, European Accounting Review, to name a few). Moreover, he is Associate Editor at the European Accounting Review, Member of the Editorial Boards of Accounting and Business Research, Spanish Journal of Finance and Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Review of Managerial Studies.
